OLED display 4K and ordinary 4K difference
High-definition picture quality has become the standard pursued by people. 4K resolution display screens are born to meet this demand. There is a huge difference between ordinary 4K display screens and OLED display 4K.
Let's take a look at how OLED displays work. OLED, or organic light-emitting diode, is a display technology that emits light through organic materials. Unlike ordinary displays that use backlight, each pixel of an OLED display can emit light independently, so it can achieve higher contrast and a wider color gamut. This means that when you watch a 4K picture on an OLED display, each pixel can present more real and vivid colors and details, making you feel like you are in the picture.

OLED displays also have higher refresh rates and faster response times. The refresh rate refers to the number of times the display refreshes per second, while the response time refers to the time from when the display receives a signal to when the image is displayed. The refresh rate of OLED displays can reach 120Hz or even higher. In contrast, ordinary displays usually have a refresh rate of only about 60Hz. This means that when you use an OLED 4K screen to watch fast-moving images, the OLED display can better present a smooth effect and avoid blurry images and afterimages.
OLED displays also have a wider viewing angle. The viewing effect of ordinary displays at different angles may vary, and even color distortion may occur. OLED displays have almost no such problem. No matter which angle you watch from, the picture can remain stable and real.
By comparison, we can clearly see the huge difference between 4K on OLED displays and 4K on ordinary displays. OLED displays achieve higher contrast, wider color gamut and more realistic picture effects with their unique light-emitting principle. OLED displays also have higher refresh rates, faster response times and wider viewing angles, and are used for higher-precision picture displays. On the contrary, ordinary 4K screens are more suitable for general industrial electronic display products.
