The difference between LCD display and OLED display
Compared with LCD, OLED screen has better color performance and can achieve higher black purity. However, OLED has low pixel density at the same resolution!
1.This is because OLED needs each pixel to emit light by itself, and pixels of different colors have different light-emitting lifespans due to different materials. Among them, the blue pixels have the shortest lifespan, and they all have only two pixels, which require the help of adjacent pixels to image normally. In effect, the density of an LCD screen has never been reached.
2.The RGB arrangement of the LCD screen splicing allows the three sub-pixels to be fully displayed, and the splicing display effect is naturally clearer and more delicate. Of course, that doesn't mean it's flawless, smearing, relatively flat colors, and slow response times have long been criticized.
