The Precautions of Installaing the LCD Video Wall
Now, more and more people will choose the LCD video wall to install in the exhibition halls, traffic centers and other places. But there are some notices you need to take care when you install the splicing screen.
1. FMake sure they are installed on the same horizontal line, hang up the front maintenance bracket, and drive expansion screws.
2. Arrange all the cables and wires onto the brackets, with the nylon cable ties.
3. Install the panels from the bottom to the top.
Meanwhile connect the wires between panels, video processor and power cables.
4. After installation, using the A4 paper to do the gap test between each screen.
Note: 1. When installing the screen, be sure to hold the handle on the back and secure the hook. Don't press the screen with your fingers! Very important! ! !
2. Installers are not allowed to wear watches or accessories to prevent scratching the screen.
3. Do not tear off the protective glue on each screen. You can peel off the protective glue after the test is completed.
