LCD screen production process
The first step: press the finished LCD panel (Cell), anisotropic conductive glue (ACF), driver IC, flexible circuit board (FPC) and PCB circuit board using the machine (during this process, the Taishang Laojun alchemy furnace is required) Only after a certain amount of temperature and pressure can you develop your piercing eyes.
Next, assemble the finished product together with the backlight board, light source, and iron frame.
Step 3: Aging treatment. After repeated inspections, it is the "LCD panel" we see.
The LCD screen uses an electric field formed by a circuit on the silicon glass to drive the liquid crystal molecules between the glass and the filter. In the natural state, they are arranged side by side and in parallel. When the circuit applies an electric field to the liquid crystal layer, the liquid crystal molecules will move in different directions. Deflection, at this time, the liquid crystal acts like a switch to allow light to pass through, causing the liquid crystal layer to form different light transmission effects, thereby achieving the purpose of displaying different images.
