What are the installation methods of LED Video Wall
The installation methods of LED Video Wall mainly include inlaid, wall-mounted, hanging, column, roof, and other installation methods.
1. Mosaic installation: Suitable for indoor LED displays with smaller areas. Since the installation space is small, in order not to take up space, an area of the same size is dug out on the wall according to the screen area, and the LED display is embedded in the wall. The wall is required to be a solid wall. The cost of adopting the method of pre-maintenance is higher. For outdoor installation, the inlaid structure is suitable for display screen projects that have been included in the planning and design of the building. The installation space for the display screen is reserved in advance during the construction of the civil engineering project. During the actual installation, only the steel structure of the display screen is made to integrate the display screen. It is embedded in the building wall, leaving enough maintenance space on the back.
2. Wall-mounted installation: It is mostly suitable for the installation of indoor LED Video Walls. The area is small (less than 10 square meters) and the wall must be a solid wall. Hollow bricks or simple partition walls are not suitable for this installation method.
3. Hanging installation: It is mostly suitable for use as signage in large places such as station LED electronic displays and airport LED electronic displays. The screen area is required to be smaller. (less than 10 square meters) requires a suitable installation location, such as a beam or lintel above and the screen generally needs a back cover.
