Why does LCD industrial LCD screen production require a dust free workshop?
The clean room is an important facility in the LCD industrial LCD screen production process, and the cleanliness of the production environment is very demanding. Small pollutants must be controlled at a finer level, especially particles of 1 micron or smaller, such micro-pollutants can cause loss of function or may reduce the shelf life of the product. In addition, the clean room maintains the sanitary conditions of the processing area and eliminates dust, particulates and microorganisms in the air. In turn, this improves product quality and ensures efficient production. You can see in the picture below that the personnel in the clean room wear special dust-free clothing.
An effective air filtration system in a resilient clean room is key to keeping the production department running efficiently. To ensure that the required standards are met, pre-filters are used to remove dirt and dust that can actually be seen by the human eye, and HEPA filters capture tiny particles that cannot be seen. To prevent pollutants from entering the room first, a pressurized environment is created by introducing air at the ceiling, after passing through the fan-driven HEPA filter. This creates a greater air pressure than outside, which in turn pushes pollutants out of the clean room through the vents in the lower part of the wall.

In addition, staff must enter and leave through the air shower. This helps to minimize the carryover of particles by people entering the cleanroom. All components LCD screens enter from a specific window and exit after completing all necessary assembly and packaging in a controlled environment.
